Why arn't the children in school? & where are there parents?
Since I didn't take this photo and don't know the child or his family, I can't stay for sure. Unfortunately, it is quite common for children not to attend school even though it is technically required by law until age 15 or so. Since so many are struggling to make ends meet, children can be a huge help in making money by selling nuts and other food, like this child is doing.
